Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the UCare E-Learning Platform (the Platform), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Description of the service

The Platform provides access to e-learning materials and information developed in the context of the UCare project. Features, modules, and availability may change over time. The Platform is provided for general educational and information purposes as part of a cooperation project co-funded by the European Union.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, introduce malware, misuse forms or contact channels, or scrape or reuse content beyond reasonable personal learning use.

Intellectual property

Texts, images, videos, and other materials published on the Platform are protected by copyright and related rights unless otherwise stated. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial learning in line with the project’s objectives. Any commercial use, redistribution, or modification requires prior written permission from the rights holders.

While we aim to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Limitation of liability, changes, and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Regional Centre for Sustainable Development and project partners shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform. We may change these Terms; continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by applicable national law and, where relevant, European Union law.
